Ole Miss Hits Walk-Off Home Run on Attempted Intentional Walk
Published by Ken Dorset on April 5, 2014
Ole Miss' Austin Anderson didn't want to be walked anymore.
Anderson was given a free pass by Auburn in the ninth and 11th innings of Friday's matchup before coming to the plate again in the 13th frame.
Auburn reliever Jay Wade was going to intentionally walk him to load the bases, but his offering caught too much of the plate.
Anderson crushed a three-run home run to give the Rebels an 8-5 win.
