Houston College Classic 2011: Day 2 Preview and Starting Pitchers

The second day of the 2011 Houston College Classic will see three games played at Minute Maid Park in Houston.
In the 12 PM game, Utah (1-5, 0-0 MWC) will face off against Baylor (5-2, 0-0 Big 12).
Right-handed pitcher Zach Adams (0-0, 2.70 ERA) will start for the Utes, while right-handed pitcher Trent Blank (1-0, 3.00 ERA) will take the mound for the Bears.
Houston (5-4, 0-0 C-USA) and Kentucky (4-5, 0-0 SEC) will meet in the 3:30 PM game.
Right-hander Alex Meyer (1-1, 3.00 ERA) will start for the Wildcats, while left-handed pitcher Jordan Lewis (1-0, 1.64 ERA) will handle the duties for the Cougars.
In the nightcap, Texas A&M (8-2, 0-0 Big 12) will meet Rice (7-4, 0-0 C-USA).
Right-handed pitcher Michael Wacha (2-0, 0.00 ERA) will start for the Aggies, while right-handed pitcher Austin Kubitza (0-1, 3.86 ERA) will handle the duties for the Owls.
On Friday, Baylor downed Houston 5-2, Utah got its first win of the season, 2-1 over Texas A&M and Rice beat Kentucky 8-7.
