Only the nation's best teams remain in the 2014 College World Series.
Typically, the best teams are made up of some of the best players, and on the sport's grandest stage, Omaha, Nebraska, those players are the difference between a win and a loss.
Through six games, here are the most impressive players in Omaha.
6. OF Boomer White, TCU
Few runs were scored in TCU's first game in double-elimination play. But most of the runs scored by the Horned Frogs in their 3-2 victory over Texas Tech were scored by White.
His sacrifice fly in the first inning gave TCU a 1-0 lead that would hold for the next six innings. But in the top of the eighth, the Red Raiders scored two runs to move ahead. Their lead wouldn't last nearly as long.
