College World Series 2013: Star Players Who Will Crumble On Big Stage

The College World Series leads off with Opening Celebration Day on Friday, June 14 and will dig into gameplay starting Saturday at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha, Neb.
It’s then that heroes will reveal themselves and others will buckle beneath the pressure. With the opening pitch just a day away, let’s take a look at what stars may not shine so brightly in the College World Series.
Kyle Schwarber, C – Indiana University
The sophomore catcher’s 18 home runs lead anyone remaining in the CWS, but he’s tied for 54th in RBI with 54.
Schwarber has a lot of upside and comes in with a sparkling .376 batting average, but he’s still a young athlete and the big stage could wear on him.
