College World Series 2012: Florida Will Spoil South Carolina’s Title Defense

If there's a team that can derail South Carolina's attempt at a third straight College World Series championship, it's Florida.
The Gators are a balanced team led by an impressive lineup and one of the better bullpens in the SEC. Star catcher Mike Zunino is one of the most impressive hitters in the nation and it will be interesting to see how the Gamecocks pitch to him.
He can hit for power or just get on base. In the final game of the super regionals against North Carolina State, Zunino was 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
He's not the only talented hitter in the Florida lineup, however. Brian Johnson and Daniel Pigott are also capable of carrying the team offensively.
South Carolina has the experience factor in their advantage over Florida, but the amount of talent on both sides is pretty similar.
